For those who are unaware of what a short fill is, Its simply a bottle of e-liquid that's filled up to 83% of its capacity with flavour & zero nicotine. This leaves space for 1 (60ml bottle) or 2 Nicotine shots (for a 120ml bottle) to be added to create a finished E-Liquid between 1 - 3mg.
